| Rebecca “Becky” Zachau, MSPT, DPT, CSCS, ART graduated from the University of the Pacific after receiving her Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2004. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from the Sonoma State University, graduating with distinction honors. Prior to joining SOL PT, she worked for the University of the Pacific's Strength and Conditioning Performance Center in 2003. Learning from that experience, Becky was certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a strength and conditioning specialist. Other clinical internships include multiple sport medicine/outpatient clinics around the west coast and Texas Children's Hospital. She has volunteered her skills for injury prevention and treatment to both the Sonoma State Track & Field and Cross Country teams and University of California Berkeley athletics. She is adjunct faculty for Samuel Merritt College DPT program, assisting in teaching Electrotherapy and Modalities. A former Academic All-American in the hammer throw, Becky now trains for half marathons and enjoys hiking, line dancing, and spending time with family and friends. |
