Core training results in improved alignment, muscular balance, stability and efficiency of movement. Studies show that a strong core can reduce back pain, prevent injuries, improve posture and can enable one to derive more power in sports.
Classes are ongoing Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm @ the SOL gym upstairs and continues for 6 weeks. Cost of core class is $20.00 per class. All participants must sign a waiver to participate and bring a ball if you have one. Class is limited to 12 participants. If interested, please sign-up with Amy or at the front desk with Mike.
