Third, the SOL Spine Care program emphasizes the return of healthy, functional movement to the spine through a number of specialized techniques. Our clinical staff will use manual and exercise-based interventions to restore proper movement patterns which may include diaphragmatic breathing, postural training, Active Release Techniques, and Pilates rehabilitation and conditioning.

Finally, we will leave you with the tools necessary to self evaluate and correct future spine problems.
