Sports + Orthopedic Leaders PT, Inc. was founded in 1998. Tammara Moore and Nina Patterson had a vision. We wanted to create a special place that allowed talented manual, sports and orthopedic trained physical therapists and trainers to come together to provide excellent physical therapy with lots of heart and ‘sol’.
