

We are excited to introduce the free community lecture series at Sports + Orthopedic Leaders!
These are workshops presented by our therapists and trainers that are designed to give our community and active clients insight and practical information to enhance performance and prevent injuries and are sport-specific.
These lecture/workshops are presented on Wednesdays and Thursday evenings starting at 7 PM promptly, in our upstairs gym at our facility, Sports + Orthopedic Leaders, located in Rockridge, 5297A College Avenue, Oakland, CA 94618.
