We created SOL Performance Training to enable our clients’ success in achieving their specific goals. Whether you are new to fitness or physically fit, we provide functional training in a fun, safe, and challenging dynamic workout. We offer state-of-the-art functional training with TRX® Suspension Training in an indoor/outdoor training area including: Rip Training, Kettlebells, free weights, and Olympic weight lifting for your real-life fitness needs.

Our unique training methods will improve your performance, while significantly reducing the chances of injury. We do this by specifically testing, reassessing and identifying areas of weakness or dysfunction that may prevent you from reaching your goals. We provide the motivation and continual modification of your program to keep you progressing.

    If you prefer a more individualized program, let SOL Performance Training help you achieve your goals. Every session will be tailored to your exact needs, whether your goals are weight loss, muscle gain, or performance increases. These sessions will be progressed according to your abilities so that you are pushed to your next level regardless of your fitness experience. We are here to get you motivated and on track so you can feel better within your own body no matter what challenges you face.

    A great option for those who are wanting to train with a friend or family member.
  • Active Release Techniques® (ART®)
    ART® is a unique, patented soft tissue technique with more than 500 protocols that was developed by Dr. P Michael Leahy, DC, CCSP as a way to treat problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. How does it work? When muscles are injured, typically due to overuse, they fill the damaged area with scar tissue, which can impair movement and cause pain. Treatment involves hands-on manipulation of the tissue in a very precise way to restore mobility and reduce pain. Some of the conditions that ART® can quickly and effectively resolve include: headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow. Only practitioners who have undergone the strict testing process are certified as ART® providers.
  • Sports and Therapeutic Massage

All of our classes are designed with Functional Training methods.  Functional Training prepares you for life’s challenges – whether it’s lifting, running, or squatting.  Functional training and exercises focus on simultaneously using multiple muscles and joints to improve muscular endurance, overall strength, coordination, balance, posture and agility.  Our classes will deliver a challenging, effective and fun full-body workout and prepare your body for everyday, real world activities.

We keep the groups small so you get our attention with all group classes limited to no more than 20 people. *Please note, for safety reasons outdoor classes will be canceled if it is raining.
